Snoop Dogg responds to Kendrick Lamar questioning his behavior on “wacced out murals”, confirming he was in the wrong.
On Friday, music enthusiasts rejoiced as Kendrick Lamar delivered his latest project, GNX. The 44-minute project came unexpectedly and immediately took over social media timelines across multiple apps. On the very first track, Kendrick addressed topics including the OGs’ weird behavior towards him.
“Snoop posted ‘Taylor Made,’ I prayed it was the edibles, I couldn’t believe it, it was only right for me to let it go.” – Kendrick rapped.
During Lamar’s feud with Drake, Snoop posted Drake’s AI track “Taylor Made Freestyle” which features the Canadian rapping as Snoop and Tupac. The idea of using AI angered many and the estate of Tupac took legal action over the track that Drake later deleted.
“They did what? When? How? Are you sure? [Sigh] Y’all have a good night,” he said in a quick video. “Why everybody calling my phone, blowing me up? What the f**k— what happened? What’s going on? I’m going back to bed. Good night.” a confused Snoop posted on social media reaction to the AI track.
With Kendrick being from Compton and Snoop from Long Beach, you would think playing the middle of that beef wouldn’t be an option. Shortly after GNX was released, Snoop took to social media to lighten the mood by reacting to the mention of ” watched out murals.”

Perhaps wanting to see good old-fashioned squabbles took over Snoops’s thought process, but hometown should come before everything in the eyes of many. Hopefully, Kendrick and Snoop can have a peaceful talk about it in the future and fully patch things up.
