If you’ve got it, flaunt it.
Valerie Bertinelli, 64, proudly showed off her body while wearing her bra and underwear in a photo shared to Instagram Monday.
The former Food Network star snapped a mirror selfie in a hotel for the post, in which she opened up about embracing her body.
“At some point I will talk about the madness my body has been through this year,” she wrote. “But right now every lump bump wrinkle and saggy part of me just feels acceptance and simple appreciation to be standing in front of a mirror in a hotel bathroom in downtown Manhattan ready to color my roots late on a Monday night.”
In the photo, Bertinelli let her brunette hair down and held a box of hair color dye in front of the hotel mirror.
She tilted her head to the side and lightly smile as she snapped the picture.
Fans commented on the post and praised Bertinelli for embracing her natural beauty at 64.
“You are beautiful inside and out. Know that you are loved,” one person wrote.
“Victory is yours over the negative committee that used to dominate your head! So proud of you!!! Truly!” another person said.
A third fan wrote, “Looking MARVELOUS MARVELOUS MARVELOUS as always.”
Some of Bertinelli’s famous friends even joined in to shower the star with love.
“You look great! ❤️,” Kristin Chenoweth wrote.
“I love you so much!” said Jennifer Love Hewitt.
Carnie Wilson told Bertinelli, “I wish I had that body,” while Faith Ford said, “Looking fabulous!!”
Bertinelli has been more raw than ever with her fans lately. Last month, she revealed on Instagram that she suffered an anxiety attack.
“I’m posting because we’re all out here doing our best having a human experience and none of us want to feel like we’re alone in that,” she told her followers, adding that she “took a chance” by sharing her story to help others with anxiety.
Bertinelli also showed off a gash on her arm via Instagram after she tripped on a stage in October.
More recently, Bertinelli marked two years since she finalized her divorce from ex-husband Tom Vitale, celebrating the occasion with an emotional message on Instagram.
“Today marks two years of freedom. Two years of walking through self doubt and doing my best to get to the other side. Two years of knowing that I didn’t deserve to tolerate the intolerable,” she wrote in her post.
The “One Day at a Time” actress added, “I promise you. It gets better. Some days will still be hard and challenging, but on other days, the light will shine brighter and you will feel it. I love you.”
Bertinelli married Vitale in 2011 and filed for legal separation in 2021. Their divorce was finalized in 2022. She previously said the exes “became very unkind to one another” at the end of their marriage.
After divorcing Vitale, Bertinelli had a long-distance relationship with Mike Goodnough that lasted ten months. Their breakup was confirmed in early November.
